The long awaited beauty posts are heeeeeere!
It took me longer than usual and I have to combine two months since I had to collect a few items to personally test out. The items featured are Summer items and a couple that I have been gifted here and there from a few events I've been to lately. You've waited long enough lets jump into to...
This new +Vaseline healing serum has been my go-to this month. The smell is so fresh and light which makes it pleasing while wearing it. I have dry skin but when I used this lotion for a couple days in a row I can tell the difference from when I stop using it. I definitely recommend this lotion for a calming approach during a busy day because the lavender scent makes it easy to enjoy.
A few months back I featured the Retinol night cream (which I love!) Then I got my hands on this. The Retinol anti-aging cream cleanser is a great combination to the night cream. I totally believe in combining the two in order to see results. Usually I am picky when it comes to cream cleansers because I have my holy grails already, but this choice is slowly but surely becoming a favorite of mine.
Feels as if Sally Hansen is always featured in my beauty favorites but I can't help it because their polishes are the best in my opinion! The price is not only reasonable compared to other polishes but the pigment of their lacquer is so vibrant which makes me love it. This is the newest color I have purchased and I've gotten compliments from wearing it almost every time I am out and about. Hard as Nails brand is a good alternative to pricier brands.
While shopping at +Target I stumbled upon this hair repair package that instantly caught my attention. It was only about a dollar and some change and I can say it was money well spent. I am a huge fan of coconut scent plus I know coconut/coconut oil is THE BEST essential for hair repair. After using it once I noticed a difference in shine and smoothness in my hair. I plan on buying the container that is sold in order to apply this to my hair twice a week.
Cleansing your makeup brushes is sooo important. At least for me it is and I learned this the hard way. When I didn't use this before I'd go a little longer than I was suppose to, to clean my brushes and of course horrible break outs would happen. I opted out to try this cleanser from +Sephora and it was the best choice ever. The formula is light weight, doesn't have a heavy scent and gets the job done after only a few minutes.
Last Summer before my big trip to Costa Rica I shopped at The Body Shop for a few items. The girl who helped me recommended I purchase this for a quick refresher while out and about. I loved the citrus scent plus I ended up using this when I went to Coachella too. When I am in a location that is hot and humid, this helps bring back freshness and make the scent instantly wakes me up. Meaning this Summer I had purchase it again and incorporate in all my weekend trips.
