My style typically revolves around the western/tribal/boho look and +Silpada Designs  new collection is right up my alley. I was invited to preview their new line of jewelry and accessories. This event had the most beautiful hand crafted pieces that I wanted to take home with me that very day. I can't wait to add their Fall pieces to my wardrobe as soon as it launches in July.

 

 

D I S C O N N E C T E D

 

How many hours you spend on your phone? All day, All day.

We all love social media and its not our fault, now a days the apps we have access to are too amazing to pass up. Not to mention the perks of taking a picture and being able to add filters, graphics, collages, and more automatically makes us feel artsy and creative. All of this takes time which is usually spent with others and when you are with others you are not necessarily in the moment with that person.

With this said as of lately I have noticed that I enjoy time spent away from my phone in order to enjoy the people and places around me rather than letting another moment in my life fade into a very vague memory.

 

THE WHOLE PACKAGE

 

Had one of those days when you do some many things at once. Multi-tasking at is best is what I like to refer to it as. This day was full of meetings and of course me being me, I made a mini adventure out of it. Sometimes in the blogging world you have to do things on your own, your blogger bestie and photographer aren't always with you which mean alone time it is. I don't complain about this at all, gives me an excuse to meet new people, yes I do talk to some strangers lol with caution though.

Definitely one of my favorite times of the year is Summer time, sun is out, tanner skin, and time for traveling! Our Summer destination for last year was Costa Rica!!! I was so excited to travel because it was my very first time traveling in an airplane..yes I know that's sad lol. Dressing comfortable is the main concern I have when I am choosing an outfit every morning. By the title of this post, you probably know June Gloom has been getting the best of us lately. AT THE TOP...shop

Topshop is everything! Lately it's been my one stop shop for all my staple items. On this afternoon, my BF J and I weren't up to much. He remembered I had recently been

L U S T I N G over a pretty pair of sunnies that Topshop carries exclusively in store unless I waited 'til the backordered date...which ain't nobody got time for. So my lovely J drove us out to LA for yet another adventurous day.

If you're anything like me, you like  love to eat and working out is not your favorite activity. Okay I love being active I just can't manage to make it to the gym like some people can. I am a lover of food but as much as I do I know I should love fitness to stay well proportioned LOL Read more on what I've been doing to get the same effect of working out at the gym.

 April showers bring May flowers, May flowers bring June gloom. Already here, this last month flew by but thats not necessarily a bad thing. As I mentioned on an IG post recently, I am glad to have accomplished my goals for the month of May. One being that I'd try out a few new items to talk to you about in this post. I love to add my favorite denim jacket to a lot of my outfits for a classic look. I've been trying to incorporate a different variety of looks for you to relate to. Right now dresses are a perfect go-to with the weather warming up around here. Add some heels to the ensemble and I am completely in love with the outfit. Dress + Jean jacket + Heels + cute tote bag = this weekends #ootn.
