Music Festival season has arrived! Feels like just last week my boyfriend and I were lovers on the lawn listening to chill tunes and burning under the desert sun. This year we actually won't attending.. sad face but this doesn't mean I dress for the occasion in this SoCal sun. Only amor for the main Nasty Gal of them all, Sophia Amoruso. Shortly after reading #GIRLBOSS I was hooked by her cunning personality that literally jumps out at you from the text. So being a true believer of "Nasty Gals Do it Better" I had to attend the grand opening of Nasty Gal Santa Monica.

 The higher the heel the closer to _________. Fill in the blank, I just love wearing anything with a heel. Booties are usually my go-to but when I have a new pair of heels are cute as these I had to wear them out. I've been lusting over this type of heel lately and finally found cute affordable one's during my recent trip to Laura's Boutique. These tan strappy beauties are essential to my wardrobe, I can wear them casually with jeans or dressy with a skirt. I loved this weekend outfit it was casual with a little ump plus super affordable pieces.

Who says dressing well is expensive, style is not bought but created.

Hand lettering is something I treasure now in modern days where everything is typed or texted. I've always looked at hand lettering as an art, if you know me you know I am aaaalways writing in different fonts, it's safe to say I like the many ways I can write.
